These are just some of the things that comes to mind when I think about Patrick. We decided to use Patrick’s services to list our house and I’m glad we did! Selling a house can be intimidating and frustrating, but I can honestly say it was not the case here.

Patrick went through great lengths to ensure the house is staged, professionally photographed and listed properly. The house received tons of viewings and multiple offers --- and sold within the same day!!

Patrick was our realtor agent when we moved back to the Toronto area, after being away from Canada and working abroad for 10 years. We had very little knowledge of the housing market here, what was available on the market, and what kind of competition we would get. Patrick was very patient and after several showings began to understand what we were looking for. We visited around 40 houses in 8 weeks, with many promising homes. For homes we liked he gave us a good strategy for offers, was never pushy, and gauged our interest to determine how much we should go for it. Even for the home we finally bought he knew we would want it despite us being ready to give up on it due to sellers not budging on the price. In the end he helped us settle on a purchase price we were comfortable with and we're very happy with the home. He was honest and trustworthy throughout the process. We would definitely love to work with him again in the future.
